1. Booking & Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed only after payment or deposit. The resort reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund where applicable.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges. Please inform the front desk in advance.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary by booking type or season. Refunds will be processed as per booking terms shared during reservation.

4. Hotel Policies

Guests must present valid government ID at check-in.
Use of hotel facilities must comply with property rules.
Any damage to property will be charged accordingly.

5. Liability

The hotel shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the stay except where proven negligence occurs.
